English is Cosmin's 3rd language . In order to complete his apprenticeship, he also needed to achieve Math's and English at level 2 ( the equivalent of a GCSE grade 4 ) It was challenging due to the language barrier but Cosmin never gave up . At each attempt he came back with more determination. until he succeeded Cosmin didn't have the most confidence at the start , he was the one who would sit quietly and just listen in training sessions . Over time he blossomed doing his apprenticeship and learned to have confidence in his ability which helped him progress at work. He was really humbled by winning the award , he truly didn't expect it
